Tech Tip of the Day 👇
How many times have you been on an important call, thinking to yourself “I really wish I could record this call!”. Well good news!
With the release of iOS 18.1, Apple has now provided all iPhone users the ability to easily record phone calls directly to their phone. The process works extremely well, and all calls are then stored into your Notes app, with a full transcript of the conversation. Now those important calls to your bank can be stored away for safe keeping.

Tech News of The Week 📣

Meta’s new Orion glasses. Credit: TheVerge.com
Announced earlier this week, Meta/Facebooks new Orion Glasses are a glimpse into Mark Zuckerberg’s AR world.
During a recent demonstration, CEO Mark Zuckerberg showcased the glasses, which feature advanced Micro LED projectors and silicon carbide lenses for enhanced durability and visual quality.
Although initially intended for consumer release, production was halted due to high manufacturing costs, estimated at around $10,000 per unit. 💰
The Orion glasses are designed for interactive experiences, allowing users to overlay digital information in their environment and interact with AI. Despite their impressive capabilities, including a 70-degree field of view and intuitive control through a neural wristband, Meta aims to improve the design and affordability before launching a consumer version. Zuckerberg envisions a gradual evolution in AR technology, starting with simpler smart glasses and ultimately leading to fully functional AR devices that can operate independently of smartphones.
